Spending time in nature is a necessity, not a nice-to-have. Proven to increase physical and mental wellbeing, getting outdoors is a sure fire way to boost your health, lower your stress levels and help you perform at your very best in everything you do..
That we are part of nature not apart from it explains why children need connection to nature to stimulate their physical and emotional development. The more time children spend outdoors, the happier and healthier they are.
